Your vacation rental condo is tastefully appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, high speed internet, entertainment center, and shared resort amenities such as swimming pools, sauna, and hot tub. Both of our one-bedroom vacation rental condos share identical floor plans and sleep up to 4 persons. Because a good night’s sleep is so important when you’re on vacation, we offer Sealy Posturpedic, Spring Air, Tempurpedic toppers or Serta (top of the line) beds in all of our units.

You'll find everything you need to prepare a great meal for family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cappuccino machine, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, dishes for every use, and a separate buffet with fancier dishes and glassware for when special friends come over for a meal.

The living room features a gas fireplace and comfortable seating. It is equipped with a large TV, VCR, DVD, video library, and stereo system. In addition, the TV has front AV jacks for Nintendo games. A comfortable futon couch easily pulls out to become a sofa bed.

The village complex features two swimming pools, sauna, hot tub and game room where you and your family can relax. You can play pool or unwind at the ping pong table.

The condo has a deck where you can enjoy the evening sunset.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luggage stand, TV and VCR.

The living room has a sleeping sofa. There is also a portable crib (up to 30 lbs) and two twin sized futons which you may place as you wish.

Your vacation condo has an office desk set up with a new HP scanner/printer and a new Sharp plain paper fax. The condo has a working telephone with local dialup access.

For those with physical challenges, we have elevator service, single level living with no steps and paved or wooden walkways which are easily wheelchair accessible for most of the complex. However, access into the bedrooms and bathrooms would require someone who is ambulatory.
