Heading to the beach for vacation? You can't get any closer than our two 1 bedroom vacation rentals in the North Coast Village at Oceanside Harbor. Just 40 yards to the edge of the sands. No need to cross roads or worry about beach parking! End your day relaxing on your private balcony and watching the sun set into the Pacific. Grottos, waterfalls, fountains, koi ponds, wooden bridges and strolling paths make North Coast Village a peaceful retreat. Add heated pools, romantic jacuzzis, a fully equipped gym with two saunas, game room with billiards, ping pong tables and we're just getting started on the amenities. Both condos are one-bedroom one full bathroom - with tub and shower - and have a fully equipped kitchen and dining. They are located on the beach in famous North Coast Village Condominium Complex. Across the San Luis Rey River is quaint Oceanside Harbor - with fishing boats, harbor cruises, catamaran sailing ships, paddle boats, kayak rentals and more. There are shops, nice dining, cafes, coffee house and fun dining all within walking distance. There's even a small mini mart for those things you forgot at the grocery store.
We feature top of the line California King beds in all our master bedrooms - and flexible sleeping for your other occupants which include - hideabed couches, futons, toddler futons, portable cribs and air beds. Our maximum occupancy limits are 4 to a 1brm and 6 to a 2 bdrm as provided by the rules and regulations of our association. We have high speed WIFI DSL service in each rental provided by ATT - also local phone service and cable tv. Every condo has no less than 2 tv's with DVD/VCR and a video library in the unit. Each condo has sand toys for toddlers and a variety of games and other toys to keep the kids occupied for a few minutes. We provide a portable crib, portable high chair, umbrella stroller, changing table topper, potty seat and step stool for our guests to use in each of our rentals. If you need more than one portable crib that can be arranged at no extra charge.
Each of our rentals has a custom dining counter built onto the deck so that you can dine, compute or entertain outside in the wonderful ocean air.
